All Lot Services is built on a legacy of hard work, family values, and a passion for helping build the communities of Southwest Florida. Founded in 1994 by Joseph Tancer as All Lot Bushhogging, the company earned its reputation by providing dependable commercial, agricultural, and residential mowing and bushhogging services with a commitment to quality and reliability.

In 2019, Keith and Lisa Kersey proudly continued that legacy by rebranding the company as All Lot Services LLC and expanding its capabilities to meet the growing needs of Southwest Florida’s construction industry.

Keith has 29 years of hands-on experience in land management and site work. While serving his community as a firefighter for two decades, he worked alongside Joseph Tancer whenever he wasn’t on duty, gaining valuable experience and helping build the family business. Lisa began her professional career in healthcare before joining the family business full time, where she now leads business operations, customer relations, and project coordination. Together, they are Licensed Gopher Tortoise Agents who remain personally involved in every project, ensuring clients receive the quality, communication, and service they deserve.

Today, All Lot Services provides comprehensive site development, land clearing, excavation, grading, mowing, drainage and culvert installation, septic system installation, erosion and sediment control, environmental services, gopher tortoise relocation, and land and waterway restoration throughout Charlotte, Lee, Sarasota, DeSoto, Collier, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Whether preparing raw land for new construction or supporting commercial, municipal, agricultural, and residential projects, our team delivers dependable, tailored solutions for builders, developers, general contractors, municipalities, businesses, and property owners.
